● BEFORE WE START:

Before ordering a commission from me, please note that I am a human being.
ㅤ Despite the fact that making artwork is my only and main source of earning revenue, I am also a mother of a child, so sometimes it is rather difficult for me addressing you the information about your commission and also drawing it in time. But I am always trying to make something (an artwork or other form of media) to compensate for your time!

Besides that please take note that I have some mental disorders like social anxiety, BPD and PTSD, that can hinder the productivity in some occasions.● If you show a lot of attention toward the artwork’s deadline, please don’t take commissions from me. I believe that a drawing is peace of great value, not necessity. So therefore, I treat creativity quite freely, unless otherwise agreed.Thanks for understanding!

● TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement is between myself, Monphys (the "Artist"), and you (the "Client").

Failure to comply with this Terms of Service may result in ban from future commissions, and will result in all rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork rescinded.
Me, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read/ confirm the Terms of Service. The Client is responsible to clarify with the Artist any policy they are unsure of.

● GENERAL

— ㅤThe duration of the work depends on the initial agreement and workload.
By default, I work WITHOUT DEADLINE!

—ㅤ Work queue & waitlist is available HERE.
The customer has the right to request the work process at any time.
ㅤ
—ㅤ You are limited up to 3 free edits at the sketch stage for all illustrations .
↳ The exception is custom character designs, there all edits are included in the cost of work.
↳ After those limits all next edits should be paid.
Also i do not make edits on the finished work.—ㅤ Do not trace, reproduce any of my artwork.
↳ You can NOT edit, modify any of my artwork without my consent.
↳ You can NOT claim the artwork as your own creation.
↳ You can NOT use my designs or sketches if a refund has been provided or we have terminated our Client-Artist agreement for any of the reasons listed here.Also this page assumes that all the art will be made during the stream.

○ PAYMENT

↳ The workflow:

1. Client send me request.
2. We discuss it, and I quote the price for the work according to the price list.
3. Then client are placed in a queue, and after some time I send them a sketch of the future work.
4. After the sketch is approved client should pay for the work.- Once payment is made, the funds are NON-REFUNDABLE!
- Sketch always comes with a watermark - you do not have the right to use this work until you have paid the full amount.

↳ I will refund you in full only if I am unable to complete the work for personal reasons.
- I am not obligated to disclose to the client the reason for canceling the order.
- In the event of a refund, you do not have the right to use the previously sent stages for your own purposes, unless we have agreed otherwise. In such a case, the refund may be partial rather than full.

● CREDITING THE ARTIST

— ㅤWhen using your order on social media and on twitch it is really important to indicate me as an artist with a link.
