▸ TERMS OF SERVICE
This agreement is between myself, Monphys (the "Artist"), and you (the "Client").
ㅤ
Failure to comply with this Terms of Service may result in ban from future commissions, and will result in all rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork rescinded.
I, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read/ confirm the Terms of Service. The Client is responsible to clarify with the Artist any policy they are unsure of.
▸ GENERAL
— ㅤThe duration of the work depends on the initial agreement and workload.
I will definitely notify you about the delivery dates of your order.

—ㅤ Work queue & waitlist is available here.
The customer has the right to request the work process at any time.
ㅤ
—ㅤ You are limited up to 3 free edits at the sketch stage for all illustrations .
↳ The exception is custom character designs, there is all edits all include in cost of work.
↳ After this limits all next edits should be paid.
Also i do not make edits on the finished work.—ㅤ Do not trace, reproduce any of my artwork.
↳ You can NOT edit, modify any of my artwork without my consent.
↳ You can NOT claim the artwork as your own creation.
° You can NOT use my designs or sketches if a refund has been provided or we have terminated our Client-Artist agreement for any of the reasons listed here.
▸ PAYMENT
—ㅤ Prepayment is 100% on Hipolink.
↳ Payment will be upfront in full unless otherwise discussed.
↳ Payment of the order may not occur immediately, or partially - but I will not start work until the full amount is paid.

— ㅤI will refund in the following circumstances:
↳ Work for the commission have not started, and 40 days have passed after payment.
↳ A partial refund will be considered if the work has already begun - if you refuse to work when 50% of the order has been completed or more, I also do not refund.
↳ In other cases refunds are NOT provided!
